By purchasing or using the Keyboard Jiggler ("the Product"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Product.
Sold as-is
The Product is sold as-is. Stormcast LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, beyond those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. Your use of the Product is at your own risk.
Lawful use only
You agree to use the Product only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contracts that apply to you, including the policies of your employer or any other party whose systems you interact with.
Approved use cases
The Product is intended for use cases that you are authorized to pursue. Examples of approved use include:
- Employer-sanctioned productivity use, where your employer or IT department has approved accessory USB input devices.
- Preventing screen lock, screensavers, or sleep on computers, kiosks, or digital signage that you own or administer.
- Any other use expressly permitted by a third party (such as an employer, client, or facility operator) whose systems or policies apply to your use.
You are responsible for confirming that your intended use is permitted. You may not use the Product to evade controls, commit fraud, violate an employment agreement, or otherwise act unlawfully.
No warranty
The Product is provided without warranty of any kind. Stormcast LLC does not guarantee that the Product will meet your requirements, will be compatible with every system, or will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stormcast LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Stormcast LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Product.
Changes to these terms
Stormcast LLC may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version is the one posted on this page.
